1-hour Watercolour Workshop: Paint the City Lights

Join us for a fun and relaxing online watercolour workshop, where you’ll learn to paint a glowing city at night. We will explore how to create deep night skies, bright streetlights, and the warm colours of sunset fading into darkness. Whether you’re new to watercolours or already have some experience, this session will help you develop your skills and confidence.

This is a 1-hour prerecorded online session, focusing on a cityscape seen from above at night. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a full demonstration painting throughout.

Included in the price: individual feedback on your finished painting.

This is a prerecorded online session, so you can watch it at any time that suits you. Pause, rewind, and paint at your own pace.

I'm a complete beginner - can I still join?

Absolutely. With my step-by-step instructions, everyone should be able to enjoy the course and learn some new techniques :)

In what language is the workshop?

The workshops are recorded in English. The feedback after the sessions can be provided in English, Polish or Norwegian.

What materials do I need?

You’ll need:

  • Watercolour paper - 1 sheet,
  • A basic watercolour palette or a plate to mix your colours,
  • Watercolour paint in tube or pans. You don't need any specific colours as I promote a skill of colour-mixing rather than buying too many colours. If you want to see a full list of recommended colours, please chech the starter pack page linked below.
  • A few brushes (round and flat),
  • A cup of water and a paper towel.

Can I watch the class more than once?

Yes! You will have unlimited access to the video for as long as it remains online.
