Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our watercolour studio! Please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions before booking a workshop. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
1. Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Each booking is valid only for the specific date and time of the workshop purchased, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
If you can’t join the workshop you’ve booked, please let me know as soon as possible. There may be a waiting list, and others need time to be informed and prepare. Additionally, the studio relies on making rent to continue operating — your consideration is greatly appreciated.
- 10 days before the event: The ticket can be refunded or transferred to another event.
- 24 hours before the event: The ticket can be transferred to another event, but not refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before the event: The ticket cannot be refunded or transferred.
If a workshop is cancelled by the studio (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another date.
3. Materials and Equipment
All professional quality materials are included in the workshop price, unless stated otherwise in the event description. You don’t need to bring anything—just your enthusiasm and creativity!

4. Health and Safety
Please follow all instructions and safety guidelines during the workshop. Any damage to studio equipment or materials caused by negligence may incur a replacement fee. The studio cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or loss of belongings during the session.
5. Photography and Social Media
Workshops may occasionally be photographed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know at the start of the session. You are welcome to share your own photos on social media—tagging the studio is always appreciated!
6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a lovely way to share the joy of painting! Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Each voucher specifies either the workshop it is valid for, or the selection of workshops the recipient may choose from. If you’re unsure how to redeem a voucher, please get in touch for assistance. Unused gift vouchers can be refunded within 30 days of purchase; after this period, they become non-refundable but can still be used towards an eligible workshop within the validity period.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
